This one dedicated to the one I love

Over the weekend, a friend and colleague's husband lost his battle against fatty liver disease. I cannot imagine the feeling that comes with such a loss.

Nathan and I have been together for almost 7 years. And my brain is completely unable to even shift a perspective enough to imagine life without him. All I know is I would be devastated. I would have no power to go on. I'd probably give up on most of my ambitions and become a hermit.

All that to say, Nathan I am so thankful for you. I hope and pray to share my entire life and beyond with you.
